Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email me at to advise of the reason for returning the item.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs of a returned item. Please ensure you get proof of postage.
Once I receive and have inspected your return, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item, your eligible refund and when your refund will be issued.
If the goods are returned in their original condition as stated above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exemptions
Some items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Personalised made-to-order products
- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable lessons/worshops/classes
Exchanges
I can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged/defective item, please send me an email to with all the details.
I reserve the right to offer a replacement of equal or greater value if a replacement is not available.

We strongly recommend you use a tracked service to return any item. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items returned to us nor tracking them.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
